The humans behind Human Edge
Felicity Barrow
Felicity Barrow (Flick) has spent more than 20 years working in leadership development and culture; not from the sidelines, but inside real organisations. She's a trained actor with a psychology degree, a seasoned consultant across industries, and a former senior leader who has lived the complexity, pressure and human messiness of corporate life firsthand. She understands better than anyone the link between getting the human stuff right and building high-performing teams and cultures.
Flick brings a fierce mix of intelligence, creativity and sharp real-world insight. She has worked with countless leaders and teams, helping people become better humans because it impacts everything - performance, culture, relationships and lives. Her style is bold, warm and unmistakably her own.
Flick often uses film as a powerful learning tool. She creates short, bespoke films that capture the universal human challenges leaders face - feedback avoidance, tough conversations, imposter syndrome, team friction. Film gives people a psychologically safe way to see themselves through characters, making reflection deeper, safer and far more impactful. It's one of the reasons her work sticks.
Flick's sessions are alive, energising and disarmingly human. She makes complex ideas clear and relatable, blending behavioural science with humour and storytelling that land with power.
Leaders and teams walk away more courageous, more connected and more capable of navigating the human challenges that define modern work. Her commitment is simple: build self-aware leaders and cultures where humans and organisations thrive.
This is why she founded Human Edge Leadership - to make leadership more human, more courageous and more impactful, one leader and one team at a time.
“Crafted by a founder who blends creativity, acting, psychology, actual corporate leadership experience and real-world humanity … creating a unique experience.”
